Becoming a Parishioner

A registered parishioner is considered a member of a parish within the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown.  Since life is a spiritual journey, we invite you to walk with us as we take our next best step towards eternal life with Christ.

We are an active faith community of 219 registered households who strive to deepen our faith and broaden our vision of Christ and His Church.  Since Our Blessed Lord Jesus Christ is present in the Word we proclaim and the Eucharist we celebrate, the source and summit of our Catholic faith, our celebration of the Sacraments define us as the people of God.

For further information about membership in our parish, please call 814-495-5241 or complete the census form.

Our Confidential Census Form: Please complete and return our census form via the mail or deposit in the weekly offertory basket on any Sunday.

Our census form lets us know who you are, where you live, how to contact you, ministries and activities available to you, and how you can assist in our spiritual and temporal growth.
